I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to

Colonial Office letter of the 12th instant, 30044/1927,

relative to the establishment of an aerodrome at Hong Kong,

and in reply am to acquaint you, for the information of the

Secretary of State for the Colonies, that they have nominated

a representative to attend the Conference proposed at

3 p.m. on the 16th instant.

I am to state that a further communication will

be addressed to you regarding the plans of the aerodrome.
